Rokid India, operated by Aytexcel Private Limited, required a structured product website to present its AR headset line in a clear and commercially viable format. The earlier version of the site had limited product organisation and lacked the visual clarity needed in a technology-led manufacturing category. This project aimed to deliver a WordPress and WooCommerce build that improved usability, reduced load time, and increased product enquiry conversions while supporting the company’s sales and distributor communication workflow.
Before the redesign, the website had inconsistent layouts and uncompressed media files that slowed down page load significantly, which discouraged potential buyers from exploring detailed product specifications. Product pages lacked a proper hierarchy, and the absence of structured CTAs reduced the enquiry count. The internal team also struggled to update content because of an unclear backend structure. These issues limited online visibility and made it difficult for Aytexcel to present high-value AR hardware in a professional manner.
Key concerns included:
Aarav Infotech rebuilt the site on WordPress and WooCommerce using a modular layout that allowed the client team to manage content with clarity. The design focused on clean product displays, stepwise user journeys, and mobile-first rendering. A predefined product specification layout ensured consistency across all SKUs. The team completed the project within a six-week delivery window, following a structured sprint schedule.
Major solution components:
Within the first eight weeks after launch, measurable improvements were recorded across key performance indicators. The average page load time dropped from 4.8 seconds to 2.8 seconds, which directly supported longer browsing sessions. Product enquiry submissions increased by 38 percent, driven by new CTAs and simplified forms. Bounce rate reduced by 27 percent, showing stronger visitor engagement. The client team also reported a significant reduction in the time required to publish new content thanks to the structured backend.
Key outcomes achieved:
The build used WordPress with WooCommerce in catalog mode for product display. Performance optimisation was completed using caching tools and image compression utilities. Custom templates were developed for product specifications, comparison sections, and enquiry trigger points. The site also included structured metadata for better visibility in search results. No external ERP or CRM integrations were required at this stage, but the architecture was prepared to support future API-based extensions.
Technical elements included:
The new Rokid India website provided Aytexcel with a faster, clearer, and more conversion-focused platform aligned with their AR product strategy.
