Starter gives every user 30 GB pooled cloud storage and 100-participant Meet calls. Standard moves storage to 2 TB pooled per user, adds Meet recording, noise cancellation and eSignature in Docs. Plus jumps to 5 TB pooled per user, 500-participant Meet, Vault for eDiscovery, and advanced endpoint management. Enterprise adds DLP, S/MIME, Context-Aware Access and unlimited storage on request. All four plans include Gemini AI in Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Meet.
Pricing is set by Google, so list price is the same as buying direct. The difference is what is included: with us you get free email and Drive migration from any provider, hands-on admin training, lifetime Level 1 support for up to 50 users, DNS / MX / SPF / DKIM / DMARC setup, and a single GST-compliant Indian invoice with renewal reminders. None of that is included when you buy direct from Google.
Plan prices on this page are exclusive of 18% GST. The final invoice will include GST as a separate line item, billed in INR by an Indian-registered entity for input tax credit eligibility.
For a typical team of 10 to 50 users, migration from any provider (Microsoft 365, Zoho, Rackspace, cPanel, or another Google tenant) takes between 2 and 7 working days. Day 1 to 2 covers domain verification, DNS, MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup. Day 2 to 5 runs mailbox, Drive, contacts and calendar migration in parallel. Day 5 to 7 is live admin training and end-user handover. Larger teams or complex shared-mailbox setups can extend this window; we scope it during the discovery call.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and the price difference is prorated for the rest of your annual term. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep the higher-tier features you have already paid for. We handle the change inside the Workspace admin console for you.
