Job Description:

  • Qualification - Graduate
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent Communication. Good command over the English language
  • Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Female candidate will be preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the team to provide exceptional service to customers, before and after the sale.
  • Monitor Project execution for faster and on-time completion.
  • Client Follow up for various project requirements.
  • Update & Maintain CRM application used for project management.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Work with the internal team and clients to develop and implement successful online campaigns
  • Troubleshoot basic issues directly with clients regarding mail, hosting, website, etc.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues with operations teams
  • Work closely with internal team members to develop internal processes
